Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all associated bos99 policies unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, all of which are incorporated by reference.
• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User on the bos99 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Company" means bos99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers.
• "Games" means all betting, casino, sportsbook, slot, live dealer, togel, Sic Bo, Bandar Q, and any other wagering products available on the bos99 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Company prior to withdrawal processing or as otherwise requested.
• "Member" or "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an Account on the bos99 platform.
• "Platform" means the bos99 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at bos99.ws.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which accessing and using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Member must wager Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bos99 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are and will remain true for the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person at least 21 years of age. bos99 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. Misrepresentation of age constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are accessing bos99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of bos99 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the bos99 platform. Only one Account per individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bos99 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

Account Registration

To access bos99's full suite of services, you must register a Member Account by completing the registration form and submitting accurate, current, and complete information. The following rules govern Account registration:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred Indonesian Rupiah payment method. All information must match the identity documents associated with your bank account or e-wallet to facilitate successful KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate Accounts — regardless of whether they are created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. bos99 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at the Company's discretion, bos99 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or SIM driving licence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your registered name)
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document

bos99 will process KYC documents within 1–3 business days of submission. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Closure by Member

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bos99 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals must be resolved and any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed. Accounts closed at a Member's request may be subject to a cooling-off period before re-registration is permitted.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bos99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• All transactions carried out using your credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were conducted by you personally.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bos99 support immediately via live chat or email. bos99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify the Company promptly.
• bos99 staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bos99 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer / virtual account), and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; please refer to the cashier section of the platform for current limits.

• Deposits via e-wallet are typically reflected in your Account Balance within seconds.
• Bank transfer deposits are processed upon confirmation of incoming funds, typically within 5–15 minutes during 08:00–22:00 WIB.
• bos99 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB), seven days a week including public holidays. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in the Member's own legal name and that match the name on the Member's Account and KYC documents.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes for verified accounts during operating hours. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Elite Members benefit from priority processing.
• bos99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request it deems unusual or that triggers its anti-money laundering screening.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the request will be approved.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bos99 operates in full compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime. In such cases, the Company may be required by applicable law to file a report with the relevant authorities without notice to the Member.

Bonuses & Promotions

bos99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Clause, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds segment of a Member's Account and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• bos99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably believes the Member is exploiting bonus terms, using software to gain unfair advantage, or has opened a duplicate Account to claim multiple bonuses.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash below the applicable Wagering Requirement, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds received (e.g., a 10× Wagering Requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means Rp 1.000.000 must be wagered before the bonus converts to cash). Different game categories may contribute differently to Wagering Requirement completion; the contribution rates for each game type will be published in the applicable bonus terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bos99 platform — including sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Sic Bo, and bandar bola (a popular Indonesian dealer-style card game) — are subject to individual game rules published within the platform interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• A bet or wager is final once confirmed. bos99 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a game malfunction or manifest error is acknowledged by the Company.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error during a live session, bos99's server records constitute the definitive record of game outcomes. Any incomplete round affected by a server-side error will be refunded to the Member's Account Balance.
• bos99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has reasonable evidence of collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating or unfair play.
• Odds, game rules, and payout structures are subject to change. The terms in effect at the time a bet is placed are the terms that govern that bet.
• All sportsbook markets are subject to the settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during live events.
• For live dealer games, all decisions made by the dealer are final once the relevant round has closed. Players are responsible for placing bets within the time window displayed on screen.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. bos99 will automatically decline bets that would cause this limit to be exceeded.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen reminders at 30-minute, 60-minute, or custom intervals to encourage awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: bos99 displays real-time session summaries — including time played and net result — to help Members maintain an accurate picture of their activity.

bos99 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately terminated, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bos99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or taking unfair advantage of any promotion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or perform any platform activity that would otherwise require human interaction.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcome you have been made aware of through non-public channels.
• Laundering money or using bos99 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy involving multiple Accounts designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the bos99 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider on deposits that have been validly credited to your Account and wagered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bos99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond bos99's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, bos99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

bos99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• bos99 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• bos99 retains personal data for the period required by applicable law or, where no statutory period applies, for up to five (5) years following Account closure.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bos99 platform — including but not limited to the bos99 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, software, game interfaces, graphic designs, text, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of bos99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bos99 content without prior written consent;
• Use the bos99 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Amendments to These Terms

bos99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bos99 will provide notice via one or more of the following means: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an in-Account notification, or an email to the address registered on your Account.

Amended Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after the date of notice, or immediately in cases where amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the bos99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos99 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent bos99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform.
